Coronavirus (COVID-19) – What’s Changed?
Due to the current events related to the coronavirus outbreak, we’ve implemented some changes to our store and rental department to minimize exposure to our customers and staff.
Starting on March 20th, we will be open from 10:00am to 4:00pm. You can schedule your pick up and drop off times for anytime during these new store hours. Please note that these new store hours are a temporary change.
Sanitation of Equipment
To try to prevent contamination of rental equipment, all equipment is being sanitized when dropped off.
You now have an option of selecting Curbside Pick-Up or In-Store Pick-Up depending on your preference. Please note that a valid driver’s license or ID and a credit card (debit cards are not accepted) are required when picking up your rental.
How Does Curbside Pick-Up Work?
1.) Select ‘Curbside Pick-Up’ during checkout
2.) Stop by our store and give us a call when you’re outside. Call us at 210-349-4400 and ask for the rental department.
3.) Have your ID and credit card ready. We’ll bring your gear out to you.
